Who we are
BuyExamVouchers ("we", "us") is a trading name of Ryzera Technologies LLC, a limited liability company at 580 Sunset Blvd, Ste 5093, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. These Terms of Service govern your use of buyexamvouchers.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Digital Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
What we sell
We sell prepaid certification exam vouchers. A voucher is a single-use code that pays the exam fee for one attempt at the exam named on the product page, subject to the exam owner's and test provider's own rules. Vouchers do not include training, study material, retakes or guaranteed results unless the product page says so.
Your responsibilities before buying
Check the exam code, validity period, region notes and test provider shown on the product page.
Make sure you are eligible to take the exam and that the voucher can be used in the country where you will test.
Schedule your exam before the voucher expires. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
Keep your voucher code private. Anyone who has the code can use it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the voucher only. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. Any "compare-at" price we show is the exam owner's published list price at the time we checked it, with its source. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will offer you a refund if an order was placed at an incorrect price.
Orders and delivery
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We deliver voucher codes by email, and in your account, within 12 hours of payment confirmation, as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. We may hold, or cancel and refund, an order that our payment provider flags as high-risk or that appears to break these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for fraud, to resell vouchers in breach of the exam owner's rules, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to access accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse.
Trademarks and independence
Exam and certification names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the exams our vouchers apply to. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those owners unless we say so expressly. See our Trademark & Non-affiliation Notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for exam results, test-provider scheduling issues, changes an exam owner makes to an exam or its policies, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first at support@buyexamvouchers.com so we can try to resolve any problem quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it; the date of the latest version is shown on this page.
