Digital Delivery Policy
How vouchers are delivered
Vouchers are digital and nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, our team prepares your voucher and sends the code to the email address you entered at checkout. The code also appears in your account under Orders when you sign in with that email address.
Delivery time
We deliver within 12 hours of payment confirmation, usually much sooner. Some payments need an extra security review; we will tell you by email if that applies to your order. If we can't deliver within 12 hours we will email you with an update, and you may choose a full refund instead.
If your voucher hasn't arrived
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from orders@buyexamvouchers.com.
Sign in at buyexamvouchers.com with the email you used at checkout and open your order.
Still missing? Email support@buyexamvouchers.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free.
After delivery
Redeem the code with the test provider named on the product page when you schedule your exam. Keep the code private — anyone with the code can use it.
