What we collect
Account and order data: your email address, name (if you give it), order details, delivered voucher codes and support messages.
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and limited card details (such as brand and last four digits), never your full card number.
Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser's user agent, sign-in events and bot-protection signals from Cloudflare Turnstile.
Google sign-in: if you choose it, your Google account email, name and profile picture.
Why we use it
To process your order, deliver vouchers and provide support (performance of a contract).
To prevent fraud and abuse and to secure our service (legitimate interests).
To keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
To email you about your orders. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (network, bot protection, file storage and cookieless analytics), Google (optional sign-in, and Google Analytics if you allow analytics), Cortana / usecortana.ai (traffic-source attribution, if you allow analytics), and our own servers for hosting, database and rate limiting. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and California law), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@buyexamvouchers.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
