Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary

If we have not delivered your voucher yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once a voucher code has been delivered it is treated as redeemable digital content and is not refundable, except where the code does not work as described.

Before delivery

Email support@buyexamvouchers.com with your order number (it starts with BEV-) before your code is delivered and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

After delivery

Because a delivered code can be redeemed immediately and cannot be returned, delivered vouchers are non-refundable. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Codes that don't work

If a delivered code is rejected by the test provider as invalid, already used or expired on first use, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will verify the code with our distribution partner and either replace it or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show the credit within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve problems faster. If a payment is disputed, the related voucher code may be cancelled with the issuer.
